The website youproof.at uses Plausible Analytics, a privacy-friendly analytics service hosted in the EU (Hetzner, Germany).
Plausible does not use cookies, does not store persistent user identifiers, and only generates aggregated usage statistics (e.g., page views, country, device type).

Plausible is not used in the app (app.youproof.at / youProof mobile app).
You are not obligated to provide your personal data. However, without it, you will not be able to fully use our services.
You have voluntarily provided us with data about yourself, and we process this data based on your consent for the following purposes: Communication with us, customer support, information about our products

The data you provide is necessary for contract fulfillment or for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. Without this data, we cannot conclude the contract with you. In particular, we process the data you provide for payment processing.
We process data about you based on our legitimate interests or those of a third party. This allows our providers and us to protect our IT systems from attacks.
We generally store your data for a maximum duration of 12 months. The storage duration extends in the context of relevant statute of limitations, statutory retention periods, or any legal disputes where the data is needed as evidence. Supabase is used as the backend for the youProof platform. It processes and stores technically necessary data (IP address) as well as data you voluntarily provide. Cloudflare is used for providing our websites. The following data is automatically collected: your IP address, technical information (internet provider, name & version of the browser, device), approximate location, and date and time of accessing a page.
Cloudflare is based in the USA and is certified under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework (Art. 45 GDPR).
A data processing agreement is in place with Cloudflare.

Alchemy is used for some technically necessary processes within the youProof app for mobile devices. The following data is automatically collected: your IP address, technical information (internet provider, name & version of the browser, device), approximate location, and date and time when starting and using certain functions of the app. Alchemy is based in the USA. If you contact us via email, your message and associated metadata are processed through Apple iCloud Mail.
For users in the EEA, the data controller is Apple Distribution International Ltd. (Ireland).
In some cases (e.g., support, diagnostics, backups), processing may be carried out by Apple Inc. (USA).
Such transfers are based on EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) pursuant to Art. 46 GDPR.
Apple acts as an independent data controller, not as a data processor.
