Resend is used for the automated sending of emails and the automated verification of email addresses. Your email address is transmitted to Resend for this purpose. Resend is based in the USA. Netlify is used for hosting our websites. The following data is automatically collected: your IP address, technical information (internet provider, name & version of the browser, device), approximate location, and date and time of accessing a page. Alchemy is used for some technically necessary processes within the youProof app for mobile devices. The following data is automatically collected: your IP address, technical information (internet provider, name & version of the browser, device), approximate location, and date and time when starting and using certain functions of the app. Alchemy is based in the USA. Your data is also processed, at least in part, outside the EU or EEA, specifically in the USA. The adequate level of protection is derived from an adequacy decision by the European Commission under Art 45 GDPR.
